That painting sold almost immediately, and rather than recreate it, I wanted to see how much further I could take the idea.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI filled this honu with transparent watercolor, tropical florals, curling wave forms, and brilliant washes of orange, red, green, and blue.
