Camp — Fine Art Greeting Cards

Beneath a thousand shimmering stars, the forest holds its secrets and the universe puts on a show.

Camp captures the enchanting beauty of a star-filled Sierra Nevada night, where towering pine trees frame a luminous sky overflowing with celestial light. Brilliant stars sparkle against layers of turquoise, sapphire, and deep indigo, creating a magical atmosphere that invites you to look up, get lost in the moment, and simply wonder.

Some of my favorite memories of the mountains are those quiet evenings spent camping beneath the stars. I love leaning back in a camp chair, surrounded by the towering pines, and watching the night sky come alive. The trees feel like ancient guardians, standing watch over the forest and holding countless mysteries within their branches.

There is something extraordinary about being far from city lights, where the sky opens into an endless universe of sparkling light. The cool mountain air, the peaceful stillness, and the feeling of being surrounded by nature create a kind of magic that has always inspired me.

Camp is part of my Sierra Stars Series, a collection of watercolor paintings celebrating the wonder of stargazing in the mountain forests I grew up loving.

Created in transparent watercolor with beautiful gemstone pigments shimmering among the stars, the original painting brings together rich layers of color, atmospheric light, and a touch of celestial sparkle. I wanted the stars to feel almost alive, as though their energy were dancing above the trees and connecting the forest to the vast universe beyond.

To me, Camp is a celebration of adventure, peaceful solitude, and the simple joy of looking up and remembering how wonderfully mysterious our world really is.

Whether you're sending birthday wishes to an outdoor adventurer, sharing a camping memory, or sending a little starlight to someone special, these greeting cards are miniature pieces of art meant to be enjoyed, shared, and treasured.

Art to share. A little starlight and adventure to send.
