Clear Awakening is one of my favorite Tahoe paintings, inspired by the luminous turquoise shallows of Sand Harbor. Sunlit water, rounded granite rocks, distant mountains, and soft evergreens come together in a scene that feels grounding, spacious, and unmistakably Tahoe. I especially love the aqua and turquoise tones in this piece, which give it such a refreshing, peaceful energy.
