Grand Galaxy — Fine Art Greeting Cards

A radiant night of stars, light, and wonder, where the energy of the universe pours into the forest below.

Grand Galaxy is part of my Sierra Stars Series, inspired by the beauty and mystery of the mountain night sky. Filled with luminous points of light above a dark forest silhouette, this painting captures that magical feeling when the sky feels alive — as if stars, snow, spirit, and energy are all swirling together in one vast, beautiful design.

When I was painting this piece, I found myself playing with the image in a way that made it feel almost like both a snowstorm and a star field at the same time. That sense of mystery is part of what I love about it. The light feels as though it is flowing down into the forest, merging the land, the sky, the galaxy, and the universe into one connected whole.

To me, Grand Galaxy speaks to the idea that we are all part of that greater design — little lights within the vastness of it all. I wanted this painting to feel expansive, uplifting, and alive with mana, as though the universe itself is breathing through the trees and the night.

Created in watercolor, Grand Galaxy allowed me to explore rich indigos, luminous blues, and glowing points of light in a way that feels both dreamy and powerful. The contrast between the deep forest and the brilliant sky gives the piece a strong sense of depth, wonder, and energy.

Whether you're sending a thoughtful note, sharing a love of the stars, or giving someone a little piece of mountain-night magic, these greeting cards are miniature pieces of art meant to be enjoyed, shared, and treasured.

Art to share. Starlight and wonder to send.
