Mustangs Wild captures the untamed spirit of the American West, where wild horses wander beneath sweeping skies and the rugged Sierra Nevada Mountains stretch into the distance.

This crossbody purse features a vibrant reproduction of my original Mustangs Wild painting, inspired by the wild horses and breathtaking high desert landscapes near Lake Tahoe, where I grew up. The rich earth tones of the mountains contrast with brilliant blues, dramatic cloud formations, and the powerful presence of two mustangs standing proudly in their natural surroundings.

The black stallion carries a special little detail — a white marking on his forehead shaped like the island of Kauaʻi. It's my personal connection between two places that hold a piece of my heart: the Sierra Nevada Mountains of my childhood and the Hawaiian island I now call home.

I've always admired the beauty and independence of wild animals, especially the horses that roam the open landscapes of the West. In this painting, I wanted to honor their freedom while celebrating the extraordinary beauty of the high mountain desert — its vast horizons, shifting light, and magnificent clouds that seem to have a spirit all their own.
