Spirit of Inspiration — Fine Art Greeting Cards
A surge of winter energy, where storm light, snow, and forest spirit come alive.
Spirit of Inspiration captures the electric beauty of a winter storm moving through a snowy forest. Snow-covered pines rise beneath a dramatic sky filled with swirling clouds, crystalline snowflakes, and sweeping lines of motion that suggest the unseen energy moving through the landscape. It is a painting about atmosphere, movement, and the powerful mana of nature.
This piece is especially personal to me because the original hangs in my own collection, right beside my bed. It has long been a source of inspiration for me — a reminder of the beauty, mystery, and living energy that exists in the natural world. I love the way the forest feels alive in this painting, with the lines around the trees suggesting their spirit and energy as the storm rolls in.
The original was created as a 2' × 4' oil painting, which gave me room to explore both the grandeur of the sky and the quiet strength of the snowy trees below. I wanted the piece to feel immersive and uplifting, with a sense of movement flowing through the entire composition. The snowflakes, clouds, and luminous blues all work together to create a feeling of wonder, inspiration, and winter magic.
This image also translates beautifully as a print, especially on metal, where the glowing blues and crisp details feel especially striking.
Whether you're sending winter greetings, a note of encouragement, or sharing a little beauty and inspiration, these greeting cards are miniature pieces of art meant to be enjoyed, shared, and treasured.
Art to share. Inspiration and winter magic to send.
